  • How secure is your site?

  •  What types of payment do you accept?

 We only use PayPal for payment processing. They accept credit cards, bank transfers, and payments can also be made directly if you happen to have a PayPal account. You do not need a PayPal account to use their service. See our secure payment page for more information.

  •  Do you offer refunds?

  •  How long does it take to receive my purchase?

It depends on your purchase. All Instant Downloads are received via email once your payment has been made. You will receive a link via email to open the PDF and print at your convenience. Custom PDF’s are processed the next business day and are also delivered via email containing a file to open the PDF and print at your convenience. Custom Prints are mailed to you on the next business day via the USPS.    

  •  What can I do if I have not received my purchase?

 It depends on your purchase. For Instant downloads and customized PDF's please check your junk or spam folder. The email you will be receiving it from is orders@mygreatkeepsake.com. If you purchased a print you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number for your reference. 

  • What is a PDF file and just as important, how do I print it?

All files may be printed using Acrobat Reader which may be downloaded free from their site if it is not already installed on your computer.

  • Can I see a sample before ordering?

Unfortunately we are not able to create samples for every possible custom personalization. Generally speaking each product has at least one sample that illustrates the quality and style of that particular item. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.
